A New Perspective and Practice for the Anxiously Weary

This is a blog about learning the spiritual perspective and practice of dealing with everyday anxiety, massive fear, and existential dread.

May it be a refuge for you.

My hope is to give you the skills to gain insight and wisdom into the storm at hand–to trust yourself again.

Long before people openly discussed anxiety, massive fear, and existential dread, we used to whisper our terrifying thoughts and feelings to a handful of psychologists on the planet.

We also paid extra for the psychologist who had a back door to leave through.

Still today, many people ask me under their breath with darting eyes if I’ve ever had anxiety or existential dread, as if I’m going to tell on them or out them for feeling terrible.

My response to them has become the name of the blog– I call it Tuesday at my house:)

My hope is to share what I’ve learned over 32 years of practice with the huge feelings we all avoid discussing and to share some tools as a cohort on the journey.

This is challenging, powerful, and beautiful work.
