Happy Halloween! So let’s talk scary. Here’s the rule in the spiritual world: If you can talk about it, you’re probably not that scared of it. The things that terrify us we won’t talk about. Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda

It turns out that the “helping verbs” our English teachers taught us are not so helpful after all. These helpers are forms of “be” that help us describe the time around what we are doing.
